The name translates to “milk of Our Blessed Lady,” reflecting its rich history linked to the vineyards surrounding the Liebfrauenkirche, or “Church of Our Blessed Lady,” located near Worms, Germany. This delightful style of wine has been enjoyed for centuries, making it a classic choice for those who appreciate a touch of sweetness.

Traditionally produced in the regions of Rheinhessen, Rheingau, Pfalz, and Nahe, Liebfraumilch is characterized by its light to medium body, off-dry sweetness, and flavors of citrus and peach.
