• MINERAL VERSUS CHEMICAL SUNSCREENS: Generally, mineral sunscreens are thicker than chemical sunscreens due to their mineral content for this reason application is key to getting the best results. While chemical sunscreens are much easier to apply than mineral sunscreens and absorb into the skin very quickly they come with well-documented health risks. Our mineral sunscreen has a lighter formula than traditional mineral sunscreens which makes it easier to apply by distributing between the hands first, using a few more strokes and allowing 3 or 4 minutes for it to be fully absorbed.
