This hardware is ideal for both single-family and multi-family applications. The 300 Watson entry lockset is unlocked by the key outside when outer lever is locked by inside turn button. This lockset is non-handed for both LH and RH doors. Easily installs on 1-3/8-inch to 1-3/4-inch thick doors. Backset is adjustable between 2-3/8 inch and 2-3/4 inch. Unit is supplied with both radius and square corner latch faceplates and radius corner strike. The Watson lockset is backed by a lifetime mechanical and finish warranty.
