FK Rod Ends offers this three piece male rod end. The ball is made of 52100 steel that is hard chrome plated. The body is made of alloy steel and is zinc plated. The race is heat treated steel alloy that has been zinc plated and chromate treated. Ball is 52100 steel Rc 56 min. Hard, and hard chrome plated. Body is alloy steel, heat treated, zinc plated. Race is alloy steel, heat treated, zinc plated, chromate treated. PTFE liner. 1-1/4"-12 thread pitch. 2.50" thread length. 1.00" inside diameter. 6.00" overall length. Choose Left Hand or Right Hand threads. Applications: Clutch, brake, steering linkage, and suspension components on moderate horsepower applications. Assembly Tip: To ease assembly, be sure to run a tap or die through the threads on chrome plated fasteners and apply an anti-seize compound to prevent galling of the threads.
