• Compatibility: Shaped disc compatible with the Philips VIVA pasta machine. The disc is easy to install, just like the discs that came with the machine.

• After use, immediately remove from the machine and remove as much dough as possible inside. Soak the disc in water for long hours to soften the dough that remains inside the shapes. • Precautions: To be used with a well moistened and well kneaded dough, we recommend a humidity rate of 40% and a kneading time of 6mn to 9mn with a rest time.
