The Augusta collection is named after Josefines youngest daughter, who was only six months old during her first visit to the Murano island. On this very trip, they encountered the skilled glass blower, Alberto, and his dedicated assistant, who mouth-blown the glasses featured in the collection.

The collection is inspired by the fantastical and mysterious Circusworld. The circus, in all its colour, excitement and drama, has influenced the colour palette of the glasses, presenting a variety of festive and surreal shades. The collection reflects our enduring fascination with the 18th century’s striped tents, carousels, horses, clowns, and vibrant promotional posters.
