These temples are the answer to your headaches! Tools needed: Wire Cutters (used to cut excess temple end during conversion process) Super Glue Hair Dryer (If needed) Steps to replacing your current temples to making them into a cable temple: Make sure that your eyeglasses have a metal temple! ***If the temple is all plastic this will not be a suitable fit. Remove the plastic temple end. You may need to heat it up and slide it back to remove it. Be careful to not break the frame with too much force. Once this is removed make sure that the temple end wire fits nicely into the cable temple. This is now where you will need to make an adjustment to gauge where the cable will go. Try the frame on with out the temple ends and mark where the crotch of the ear is in relation to the frame. Now measure back approximately 20 mm and using safety glasses snip off the remaining temple. (***BE SURE TO USE SAFETY GLASSES AS THE METAL WILL SHOOT OFF) Place the cables on the frame and now make the final adjustments to make it perfect for the wearer. Once you determine the fit is good slide the cable temples back and happy a tiny portion of glue and slide forward to assure a good and permanent bond! Once this is all done allow to dry for an hour and your good to go!
